Lovely clean and quiet hotel with good value rooms and extremely helpful staff.

FYI. Arriving makes you kinda doubt. But the interior is Soooo worth it, services and rooms are amazing. Currently enjoying my stay.

It’s a great place. Good price great service. It’s only about five minutes walking from the hotel to downtown Morelia. The city of Morelia adorable amazing city adorable people. Forget about the United States, Hawaii , Miami , Las Vegas , New York . Please people don’t ever compare the cities of the United States to Morelia. TORTILLAS. Comida excelente comida. authentic food, Nothing like fake Italian food , here you get the best excellent great food. Real Mexican food . Nothing in microwave.

We really enjoyed this peaceful hotel for our stay: a nice, clean, simple hotel, with very kind and helpful personnel. Basic breakfast with a glass of orange juice, fruits & granola (and yogurt) and as much coffee as you want (need?) is included. We did bough and bring in our bread from a nearby bakery, no problem. They also have more complete, a la carte, breakfast options. We stayed in the master suite with 2 floors, 2 beds (1 king, 1 queen) and a sofa bed. We had 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, room was cleaned every day. Location is great, you are 5 minutes walking distance from the main plaza with all Morelia’s restaurants and activities. You can park in front for loading or unloading, and parking is included, located at 100 yards (be aware of restricted access though). Hot water with good pressure, checkout at noon. Tour buses pass and pick you up just at the door! We really recommend this family friendly hotel for your next stay.

Thank you, Osiris, this gentleman is the great. He seems to enjoy helping visitors during the check-in process and throughout your stay. He and the entire staff is professional and most helpful. This place is a hidden gem. My wife and I have traveled the U.S., Mexico, and Europe, and this small hotel was fantastic. The location is about a 5 minute, safe, walk from the main city historic center. We were a group of family group of four. Our room consisted of two floors. First floor had a half bath, queen bed and sofa sleeper. The top floor had a full bath and king size bed. This set-up was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I must repeat, they were clean. Kudos to the staff and management. The continental breakfast, included with the stay, was excellent. It consisted of juice, coffee, toast, and fruit. Plenty to get you started for your daily plans. Of course, they also had a full breakfast of your choice for a small additional cost. We loved the hotel and staff. We had a great time. I almost forgot, they do include free parking right around the corner from the hotel.

We stayed here for five nights. Our room was clean and nice, and the location was great. The staff was nice, although their English wasn't always helpful. But they did try. It's a good value for the location. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good, intimate place, in a good location for a reasonable price.

I loved this hotel! We stayed here after finding out the hotel we originally picked via Expedia- DIDNT EXSIST anymore! Its ok, it turned out great! They had a room. Every staff member was very welcoming and friendly. We felt at home and safe the entire time. They serve breakfast and coffee. Fresh fruit with yogurt which was delicious! The cathedral is only blocks away, so it was nice to get out and walk around the lovely town. We will definitely return to stay there. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. My room was very comfortable and clean. The courtyard where breakfast was served is lovely. It has a great location. I found it to be more than I was expecting for the price.
